Services: All software, web/mobile app development and digital media solutions provided by PixelCore.
Client: Any party purchasing or engaging PixelCore for Services.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to all fees, deposits and payments made for proposals, deliverables, licenses, maintenance, or any Services provided by PixelCore.
3. No-Refund Policy
All amounts paid for Services are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Payment of any deposit or milestone constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Policy.
4. Cancellation Fees
If the Client cancels after signing a proposal, PixelCore retains all amounts paid as a cancellation fee.
Work completed beyond the last paid milestone will be invoiced pro-rata and payable immediately.
5. Exceptions
In very limited cases (e.g., proven billing error or fraud), at PixelCore’s sole discretion, a credit or refund may be issued. Credits are non-transferable and expire one year from issuance.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without prior written agreement may result in service suspension until resolution.
The Client is responsible for any bank or credit-card fees incurred by chargebacks.
7. Severability
If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force.
8. Amendments by Agreement
These terms may be modified only by mutual written agreement of both parties, signed prior to project commencement.
9. Entire Policy
This document constitutes the entire Returns & Refund Policy between PixelCore and the Client, superseding all prior discussions or agreements.
